Joseph P. Conte is a founder and managing member of the General Partner and Investment Advisor. Mr. Conte is the Chief Financial Officer of Breacher Capital Management. Prior to joining Breacher, Mr. Conte served as CFO and COO of Fusion Analytics Holdings, the parent company of a Registered Investment Advisory and Broker/Dealer. Mr. Conte began his career working for Arthur Andersen LLP and later spent several years working for KPMG LLP, where he provided advisory and business management services to Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Conte is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
